Lindab Profil offers a wide selection of building components and system solutions within the construction industry. The company manufactures, stocks, and sells roof drainage products, roof and wall sheets, steel studs, steel battens, lightweight beams, and roof protection products.
Your new job
As an IT technician, you will have a varied and developing everyday life where you support users, ensure stable operations, and participate in regional IT projects. You will work closely with the regional IT manager and become an important part of the IT organization in region north. The role involves close collaboration with both local functions in Förslöv and our central IT support team.
You are a natural contact point for IT-related questions and contribute to creating a clear and well-functioning IT environment that supports the business's needs. The work includes both ongoing support and more long-term improvement work. The position may involve travel within the region.
Examples of tasks
- Daily technical support for users in Förslöv and companies in region north.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, printers, networks, and peripherals.
- Support within Microsoft 365 and local applications.
- Handling network-related issues and basic administration in AD/Azure AD.
- Documentation, maintenance, and further development of local and regional IT routines.
- Participation in IT projects such as migrations, system upgrades, and standardization initiatives.
- Ongoing collaboration and case escalation with the central IT team.
Your experience
We are looking for someone with relevant IT education and a few years of experience in IT support, who feels at home in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. You have an understanding of networks and are comfortable tackling troubleshooting and administration.
Experience in production technical environments, migration projects, Intune, Power Platform, or IT security is advantageous but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are curious, responsible, and want to develop further. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
